Formed in 2008 by guitarist Mit and bassist Dave, Jackknife Seizure's line up was not completed until 2010. The past few years have been spent writing, rehearsing, demoing and gigging all over the capital and beyond as their unique blend of melodic, proggy riffs and heavy grooves started to take shape. Jackknife Seizure is sneaking up on the British rock and metal scene, an endeavour boosted by the band winning the London Metal 2 The Masses finals to play Bloodstock Open Air's prestigious New Blood Stage in 2014.
With influences ranging across the spectrum from heavy Soundgarden and Black Sabbath style rock to more progressive metal, i.e. Mastodon and Tool, their hard-to-classify yet captivating style has caught the attention of a rapidly growing audience and various media outlets. Their debut release 'Time of the Trilobites', a four track EP, is out now and available through the band's website and bandcamp pages.

Gruesome is a band, a supergroup of sorts, that plants its roots firmly in the Florida death metal scene of the late 80s and early 90s. Unapologetically retro, the band set out to capture the spirit of the early Death records. Savage Land is their debut album, and it's out soon.
